The Calling Clarity Framework™
Together we work through the Calling Clarity Framework™, a five-stage process designed to move you from restless motion to genuine direction. We start with Clarity, identifying what you're truly wired for and building your personal Calling Statement. From there we move through Convergence, Alignment, Direction, and Sustaining, each stage building on the last, each one bringing you closer to a life that reflects who you actually are and what you're meant to do.
What it looks like
Start with the free Calling Clarity Diagnostic. It takes about five minutes and shows you where your gaps are. From there, the next step is a free thirty-minute call where we look at your results together and you'll get a sense of how this work feels firsthand.
If we decide to move forward, we'll meet weekly for five sessions, each sixty minutes. Before each session you'll work through a tool designed for that stage of the framework, at your own pace and in your own time. After each session I provide a written summary of what we covered, so nothing gets lost.
In addition to hundreds of hours of coaching experience, I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
